How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed over the phone by calling 585-426-5751 or by email info@partytimerentalsny.com
Do you require a deposit?
Dates are reserved with a $100.00 non-refundable deposit. Balance is due upon delivery. There are some exceptions.
Do you have a minimum order requirement?
Our minimum order is $75.00 plus applicable delivery charge.
Do you deliver?
All orders are delivered and picked up by Party Time Rentals NY. Delivery charge is based on distance from our facility. We service Monroe County
Can I pick up?
Our facility is primarily a warehouse and is not staffed at all times. Therefore pick up is only available prior arranged circumstances.
What is duration of the rental?
Tents, tables, chairs are typically delivered the day before the event and picked up the day after. One day rental charge will be incurred. Inflatables are delivered the morning of the event, before noon and are weather dependent.
What if I need the items for a longer term?
Longer term rentals are available at prorated rates. Inquire for a quote.
Do you deliver to parks?
We do not deliver to parks.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check (with ID), Visa, Master Card, American Express. Credit card payments are subject to a 3% service charge.
